All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) after receipt of order. Orders for products that are in stock in our Brookfield, Wisconsin facility will usually ship within 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays). If a product is not in stock, we will inform you via e-mail along with an estimated ship date. On multiple item orders, we will ship partial orders, unless you specify that we “ship complete”. Please make note, products may be shipped from several warehouses.
Shipping Policy US
All products will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) by default, unless we are otherwise instructed. Ship-To’s must include a street address. UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please note, shipping via UPS Ground service can take between 3 and 10 business days, based on your location. Most orders will ship from our facility in Brookfield, Wisconsin. We reserve the option to drop-ship your order directly from the respective factories if necessary.
MonarchStrobes.com makes every effort to maintain our inventory at levels that are adequate enough to fill your order from stock. That said, if your product needs are urgent, we highly recommend that contact us prior to placing your order to check on lead times and/or availability of the product(s) you plan to purchase.
MonarchStrobes.com is committed to offering you high quality products at competitive prices. From time to time, we will run special promotions that will impact pricing on several or all products. If product has a zero dollar value and is not a free download, the order will be cancelled. If an Item is incorrectly priced on our website due to mass product uploads, we reserve the right to quote the item at the regular price and your order will be canceled.
Sales tax will be included on invoices shipping and/or within the state of Wisconsin.
Note: The sales tax (if applicable) included in your total is an estimated amount based on the maximum combined state and local taxes listed for your state. Your final invoice/credit card receipt will reflect the actual sales tax charged to your account and that amount will be based on the most current tax data for your specific Ship-To location.
Resellers located within the state of Wisconsin, who have provided us with a valid State Sales Tax Exemption Form, will not be invoiced for state sales tax. We must have your valid certificate to be exempt from sales tax. No Exceptions!
Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement of defective products, are subject to a minimum 25% restock fee of the original purchase price. Special Order/Non-Standard Products are Non-Returnable. All non-defective products approved for return are to be shipped back to MonarchStrobes.com at the customer’s expense. The items must be insured and sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS with a tracking number e-mailed to sales@MonarchStrobes.com
Shipping fees originally incurred by buyer are Non-Refundable. For all returns, please e-mail us and include your order number, part or model number of defective product and brief description of the defect. All returned products must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. After reviewing and approving the information provided, we will provide RMA number. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. A decontamination statement (where applicable) must be completed, signed and attached to the outside of the packing in order to be accepted by our shipping/receiving department. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur any physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty (if applicable).
MonarchStrobes.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells.
Right of Refusal
MonarchStrobes.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Changes to Internal Order Policy
MonarchStrobes.com reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without notification. Changes to our Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page.
